It all started with Todd, our founder, CEO, and at the time, a brand new homeowner. Like a lot of people, he quickly realized just how much effort goes into keeping a home running smoothly. Time, energy, and know-how were constantly in short supply.
So he started Happy Home Assistant to take that work off people's plates, beginning with heat pump cleaning. Along the way we tackled the other things homeowners hate: unreliable contractors, cash-only payments, appointments that never show up. We fixed all of that.
Since our 2024 relaunch, we've helped hundreds of Cape Breton families reclaim their time and enjoy safer, happier homes. The response has been incredible, and we're so grateful to be a trusted part of so many lives. And honestly, we're just getting started.
